Engineering for Sustainable Development

Part of the Sustainable Development Goals Programme

World Engineering Day, March 4th 2020

From 2020 onwards, March 4th will celebrate World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development. Engineers, and engineering as a whole, play a key role in helping work towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This includes designing and developing resilient solutions to climate change, supporting sustainable economic development and improving quality of life through inclusive technologies and innovations.

We invite you to explore our collection of articles and journals supporting the key themes of the day.
