Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. It is also the second most common cancer worldwide behind lung cancer; with approximately 1.7 million new breast cancer cases diagnosed in 2012*, with an increase to 2.08 million new cases diagnosed in 2018.** As a global health issue, continued research on breast cancer is of the utmost importance.

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Springer Nature is proud to present carefully curated collections on breast cancer from our authors and editors. In addition to our most relevant articles and book chapters from across our research portfolios. We hope you enjoy exploring our featured content and encourage you to read, download, and share these articles and book chapters with your colleagues. All content is free to read until October 31 2020.
