The China Research Advisory Council was launched in 2025 as part of Springer Nature’s ongoing commitment to fostering global collaboration in research.
The council aims to advance STEM (Science, Technology, Education, and Medicine) and sustainable development, both within the Greater China region and internationally, explore new trends and challenges, foster dialogues and collaborations, and promote open science and responsible use of AI. The council is composed of a rotating group of pioneers and opinion leaders, experts, and rising stars from various disciplines or cross-disciplines.
It is one of several research advisory councils initiated by Springer Nature, to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to collaboratively address challenges in the research ecosystem.
