Ebola

Bundibugyo virus outbreak

The WHO has declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) in relation to an outbreak of Ebola Disease caused by the Bundibugyo virus.

There are currently no widely licensed vaccines or specific therapeutics for this virus. In line with Springer Nature’s established approach to supporting the sharing of research during public health emergencies, we are making a broad body of recent and relevant Ebola research freely available to support the global response to the current outbreak.

Below are some examples of this research published in our journals, as well as additional commentary on this topic and relevant books. You can search for additional content on Springer Nature Link.

Springer Nature encourages early sharing of research submitted to our journals through preprints, and our In Review preprint service is available for many journals.
