In this past year, the journals in linguistics have seen a continued influx of new submissions across all subjects. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, our Editors-in-Chief, board members and reviewers have collaborated to select the very best articles for you. A warm thank you to all for your contributions!
Several special issues stand out, and I would like to mention Reading and Writing’s issue on Teaching Writing to Elementary Grade Students, and Language Policy’s issue on the Gentrification of Bilingual, Immersion and Dual Language Education especially.
Going forward, the journal Language Resources and Evaluation will incorporate Machine Translation, which will create a broader platform for the topic, a move that will be much appreciated by authors and readers alike.
Enjoy our selection of highlighted articles!
