In June we communicated that we would be extending persisted access to mid-October as a way to continue facilitating remote access for users of our platforms. As we continue to navigate through the challenges posed by COVID-19, such as remote working and learning, we have decided to once again extend persisted access to July 2021.

Moving forward from the end of January, persisted access will keep users logged in for a period of 180 days. This duration will remain under review and subject to change as the pandemic progresses. It is our priority to ease access for researchers working from home in the current circumstances.

Please contact us to review and/or update your current authentication method. We are happy to work with you to make remote access as easy as possible for your patrons.  For more details visit our dedicated Remote Access web page.
