A strong International Law is key for a prosperous globalized world. But, as the world globalizes and the pandemic hit, new forms of crime are emerging, including across borders, creating new challenges for society and for law enforcement.
The recent Black Lives Matter protests have also further exposed social and justice inequalities which need addressing. As a result Criminology and Criminal Justice as well as International Law are rapidly evolving areas of study. Bringing together an international cohort of researchers and practitioners, the Law & Criminology eBook Collection seeks to comprehensively address global, transnational, and local issues. It draws on interdisciplinary research to examine cutting-edge topics and to encourage critical debates, with the aim of enriching academic, public and policy discussions.
