Research and publishing for societal challenges and the Sustainable Development Goals | 30th June 2020

Springer Nature, as a publisher, is dedicated to providing the best possible service to the global research community. When it comes to United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), the aim of Springer Nature SDG Publishing Programme is to highlight the most relevant SDG related research to the organizations and professionals that are best placed to put into practice the achievement of those Goals, and to stimulate the production of new research to fill in gaps in the existing evidence base. As part of a wider programme of activity, Springer Nature worked with Digital Science and VSNU to develop one of the world’s first online SDG content classifiers.

Listen to this webinar recording with Sir Philip Campbell, Editor-in-Chief of Springer Nature and Nicola Jones, Head of Publishing for the Springer Nature SDG Programme, to learn more about the highlights of Springer Nature’s activities to address societal challenges, and the landscape of our publishing around the Sustainable Development Goals.
